To register for this year's event...
Send an email note to outdoorday@comcast.net with the 6 items listed below.  You may register multiple kids in the same email.  If you are registering more than one kid, you only need to provide items 4 - 6 once.  We need items 1 - 3 for each kid.

**PLEASE READ THIS PARAGRAPH**
THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE WILL BE ENTERED INTO A DATABASE THAT WE USE TO HELP US BETTER ORGANIZE THE EVENT.  WE NEED THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO BE IN THE EXACT FORMAT THAT WE REQUEST IT IN.  EVERY YEAR WE RECEIVE MANY REGISTRATIONS WHICH DO NOT HAVE THE INFORMATION IN THE CORRECT FORMAT, ESPECIALLY THE DATE OF BIRTH, AND THAT MEANS MORE WORK FOR US.  YOUR COOPERATION IS APPRECIATED.  PLEASE
LOOK CLOSELY AT THE REQUESTED FORMAT AND FOLLOW IT. 
 
1.  Name of Youth -- First & last name.  No middle initial please. For example "Aaron Jones".

2.  Date of Birth -- Use this format --> mm/dd/yy .  That's two positions for each portion of the date, separated by slashes.  Please do not provide a four position year nor separate with dashes.  For example, March 7, 2010 would be "03/07/10".  Please resist the urge to provide a four position year.

3.  First Time Attending? -- Is this the first time this youth is attending this event?  Indicate  "Y" or "N".

4.  Your City & State -- For example, "Carneys Point, NJ".  We do not need a street address, PO Box or zip code.

5.  Name of parent or other adult guardian attending -- The name of one adult who will be accompanying the youth(s) to the event.  This person will be signing the form at the registration/check-in table.  If a different parent/guardian accompanies the youth(s) on that day, that's no problem -- we'll just update the form at the event before it gets signed.  Multiple parents/guardians may attend the event and one parent/guardian may accompany more than one youth.  You only need to provide the name of one parent/guardian with your registration.

6.  Email address -- Where you want your confirmation email sent, if different than the one you used to submit your registration info.  Your email address will not be used for any purpose other than to confirm your registration for this year's event, possibly to obtain corrected registration information and possibly to send you a reminder email just prior to the event date.

We will send you an email reply confirming your registration.  If we have already reached the maximum number of participants, we will inform you of that.  If you do not receive a confirmation or reply via email within a day or so, your registration was probably not processed and you should contact us again asking for status.

We will print your information on a paper copy of the registration form and bring it to the event.  It will be filed under the last name of the first youth listed in your registration information. You will need to stop by the registration/check-in table at the start of the event to sign & date the printed copy of your registration form.
